In late 1998, Gold Coast Computer Services, Inc. was founded to fill various gaps within the computer-consulting venue. We offered businesses the ability to quickly assess the value of new technologies and their capability (or lack thereof) to integrate with existing infrastructures. Our comprehensive working knowledge of many systems and their various components soon gained for us the reputation of being a valuable asset to any project.

Within a short time after the establishment of GCCS, Inc. we realized the potential of new and emerging technologies and how they could be utilized. These technologies, coupled with our work experience in large corporations and organizations allowed us to expand our business. Providing solutions for the new and fast growing small office and home office workplace was added to our repertoire.

Through a specific contract with one client, we acquired a vast amount of experience within the residential and light commercial building arena. We became intricately involved with the many aspects of both building and renovating a house or commercial property. At the same time, we realized the lack of knowledge many property owners have with respect to incorporating new technologies into their current or existing investments. The same held true for many architects, builders, general contractors and electrical sub-contractors who, in the past, only made provisions for phone or cable jacks in a handful of locations throughout the premises.

With the demand for a "connected world" we capitalized on our knowledge of current technologies and past experiences. The installation of Structured Media Systems, Distributed Audio Systems and the latest Flat Panel TV's became an important part of our services. In addition, we began educating our customers on the various possibilities of these systems, and how they could be interconnected thereby increasing the value of any particular property.

In 2007, as a result of continuous self -improvement and expansion, Gold Coast Computer Services became Gold Coast Audio Video.

Today, Gold Coast Audio Video is a leading service-based company within the residential and small office technology marketplace. Our services range from the design and installation of structured media systems, whole house distributed music systems, and CCTV to our roots in PC repair, troubleshooting, maintenance and consulting.
